Our business segment Application Management Services (AMS) serves the IT environments of more than 20 customers with a total of well over 1,000 CAD workstations, as well as the associated PDM systems and data exchange solutions. In some instances, CENIT handles the entire IT infrastructure, assuming overall responsibility for systems operation.

Since the last customer satisfaction survey in this segment was conducted 3 years ago, we went back to our AMS customers early this year to ask for new feedback. In addition to the degree of satisfaction, we asked about the extent to which our service and solution portfolio covers our customers’ requirements.

We’d like to express our thanks for the active participation in the survey.
