- The content and characteristics of the individual modules can be adjusted flexibly. They govern matters such as scope of service, control mechanisms, clear reporting and escalation paths, and cost determination.
The Service Level Agreements are constantly optimized and adapted to new requirements as they arise. This approach efficiently covers all phases of the software product lifecycle.
Licenses, infrastructure and data all remain in the hands of the client enterprise, so that our customers never have to worry about losing know-how or control. Nor is there any change in the contractual relationship with their suppliers. The exclusive aspect ceded to CENIT is the responsibility for successful management and maintenance of software applications.
