2011:

  • New integration product for SAP and CATIA V6 announced – The main objective of the new product “DS V6 SAP-Integration” is seamless integration of V6-based design environments into enterprise business processes.
  • CENIT AG acquires Transcat PLM AG, Switzerland – Software and consulting specialist CENIT is expanding its PLM portfolio and strengthening its position on the Swiss market. The headquarters of CENIT (Switzerland) AG are relocated to Effretikon, and a branch office is opened at Yverdon-les-Bains. The Swiss subsidiary unveils its own web presence at www.cenit-ag.ch
  • Subsidiary established in Japan – CENIT is expanding its business activities on the Japanese market. In terms of content, the Japanese subsidiary will focus on software and consulting solutions in the product lifecycle management field. 
  • CENIT AG awarded Credit Rating of 1 – Independent rating agency Hoppenstedt Kreditinformation awards top ranking for outstanding creditworthiness.
  • CENIT North America lauded – At the IBM Information of Demand Conference, CENIT earns the IBM Million Dollar Award.

    HANSA Metallwerke AG introduces ENOVIA V6 - In collaboration with the PLM experts of CENIT AG, the enterprise optimizes its product development process.

    • CENIT to pay dividend again following stable business development in 2009
      Dividend proposal of 0.30 EUR per share.
    • On 28 May 2010, the General Meeting of Shareholders adopts a motion to alter the company name. CENIT now acts solely as “CENIT AG”; the additional appellation “Systemhaus” is deleted.
    • CENIT announces growth-oriented acquisition
      Acquisition of the business intelligence and performance management consulting firm conunit. CENIT expands its service portfolio to the promising field of "Business Intelligence und Analytics".
    • CENIT expands partnership with EMC and Kodak 
      By way of new input management-related products, CENIT now covers further aspects of the enterprise information management (EIM) field.
    • TechniSat relies on product lifecycle management by CENIT
      The electronics enterprise decides in favor of CENIT in introducing CATIA and ENOVIA for its automotive segment.

    • Dassault Systèmes extends CENITs VAR Status to the ENOVIA Matrixone product line.
    • Dassault Systèmes nominates CENIT Value Added Reseller for the products CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA VPLM and ENOVIA SmarTeam for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
    • US software producer Right Hemisphere nominates CENIT Value Added Reseller for North America and the EMEA states.
    • CENIT takes over its PLM competitor of many years and very successful Dassault Systèmes partner, cad scheffler.

    • CENIT is named most successful CATIA partner in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the 12th time in succession.
    • CENIT software ECLISO wins IBM IOD-Award.
    • Change in CENIT's Executive Board: Kurt Bengel is appointed to the Executive Board of CENIT AG with effect from January 1st, 2007. As of August 1st, 2007 Christan Pusch assumes the function of Chairman of the Executive Board. Andreas Schmidt, former Chairman of the Executive Board is leaving the company on July 31st, 2007. Executive Board member Hubertus Manthey is leaving the company on February 28th, 2007.

    • Cooperation for integration of eCAD-Tools in SAP. CENIT and the system integrator Productivity Engineering arrange a cooperation for the development of a direct interface for data exchange between Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Tools and SAP. Productivity Engineering has a core competence in the eCAD sector, at this they provide data, created with EDA. CENIT, as accredited development partner of SAP, integrates that data in SAP.
    • CENIT Group net income increased by 22 percent. Profitable US business boosts 3rd quarter results.
    • Software solution by CENIT optimizes document management at LHI Leasing. With the license agreement for CENIT’s software solution EWORKS, LHI Leasing GmbH has finalized its search for a suitable document management solution. For CENIT, this cooperation with LHI Leasing opens up an outstanding new reference in the financial sector.
    • CENIT’s share capital increased to EUR 8.367.758,00 as of August 31.
    • mySAP PLM Integration cooperation. The two PLM partners of SAP AG – CENIT and ILC PROSTEP GmbH – decide upon a cooperation for development, implementation and commercialization of integration solutions in the mySAP PLM environment. The main focus is to offer the customer only one mySAP PLM integration for the 3D PLM solution CATIA by Dassault Systèmes.
    • CENIT establishes PLM training centre for the European automotive and aviation industry in Romania. CENIT is responding to the needs of the European automotive and aviation industry by starting up a Product Lifecycle Management training centre in Iasi, Romania. The foundation of a training centre in Romania is combined with a cooperation agreement for Application Management Services and software development with a Romanian IT service provider.
    • The Annual General Meeting of CENIT resolved to increase the company’s share capital through issuance of new shares.
    • At the Annual Shareholders Meeting in June, an extra dividend is suggested. At the 2006 meeting, an additional 30 cent extra dividend is suggested on top of the already agreed upon 60 cent dividend per share. In addition, an increase of capital stock out of corporate funds is intended. Therefore, the shareholders will get one new share per already held share already (ratio 1:1).
    • CENIT and AIRBUS intensify cooperation. In early 2006, CENIT receives the largest individual order in the company’s history from AIRBUS. Both partners also sign a "prime supplier" contract with AIRBUS Deutschland, which grants CENIT the status of preferred IT supplier.

    • CENIT rearranges its sales department for medium-sized enterprises and sets focus on services specialized on such small and medium-sized companies.
    • CENIT and FileNet expand partnership. FileNet adds CENIT’s software monitoring solutions as OEM products to its world-wide product portfolio. CENIT and FileNet Corp. have already successfully cooperated for over 10 years, thus this new licence agreement is another proof for this excellent partnership.
    • CENIT outperforms earnings outlook for 2005. Due to the positive business development CENIT expects to outperform the outlook announced in February.
    • PLM Alliance: CENIT, CIDEON, DSC and .riess now offer solutions for SAP and PLM jointly. The leading PLM development partners of SAP AG in Europe found cooperation for the joint development and implementation of special solutions in SAP PLM.

    • VR Kreditwerk industrializes its processes with Digital Archiving. Thus the financial service provider takes on the top position as a credit factory.
    • CENIT extends its PLM integration portfolio to the new SAP NetWeaver architecture.
    • CENIT is the most successful FileNet partner in EMEA. Thereby CENIT defends its leading position in Europe and takes in second place in regard to Enterprise Content Management solutions by FileNet.
