In the web seminar series, CENIT’s experts impart up-to-date information about products and other newsworthy topics. All web seminars are offered as online courses – participants follow the event live on their own PC and do not have to leave office. Prerequisites are an internet access, Microsoft Internet-Explorer (from version 4.x on) and a telephone. Please be aware: an installation of an updated Java version and the latest Active X controls on the computer is required. After enrolment all participants get detailed information on the procedure, the in-dialling number and a link to the welcome page. Moreover, please note, that the registration period ends at twelve o’clock on the previous working day of the seminar.

IBM FileNet System Monitor (FSM)

This free CENIT web seminar shows, how IBM FileNet System Monitor (FSM) allows to operate the IBM ECM platforms FileNet P8 and CM 8 efficiently and reliably. Possible field of applications, implementation approaches and customer examples are presented as well. A live presentation of a P8 failure illustrates, how routine work in daily operation can be automated. After this the P8 failure will be corrected by corrective actions provided by FSM. An outlook on the Knowledge Base and the Reporting completes the seminar.
