CENIT Enterprise Information Management (EIM) with its service, consulting and software offer is a specialist for the IT-based management of mission-critical documents and information in core processes of our customers. Primarily for financial service providers. This offer brings forth significant process optimisations for our customers.
With its business field EIM CENIT meets all of its customers’ requirements in terms of an intelligent, cross-board information management that is not restricted by department boundaries or limited to insular solutions.
EIM encompasses solutions and consulting services that make structured and unstructured data available both within the enterprise and externally. It ensures high information availability and security and optimizes the exchange of data between users. It must be understood as a holistic concept of data administration that guarantees a consistent, transparent and reliable information structure.
For CENIT, this comprises all solutions and consulting services for Document and Enterprise Content Management, Collaboration Management, Systems Management, Application Management and Support.

CENIT has been successfully active in the EIM field for years and is excellently positioned, e.g. as a Top 3 Partner for the leading global enterprise content management solution, IBM FileNet. In addition, CENIT has been active for about 10 years as an IBM Lotus Partner in the field of groupware and e-mail management.
Furthermore, CENIT is well known for its expertise in the field of infrastructures and for its systems management products, which today are in use world-wide. CENIT has thus long mastered all the disciplines needed for efficient information management. And last but not least, CENIT can of course cite a number of successful customer references.

As part of our broad EIM portfolio, we at CENIT also offer own software solutions. Particularly important are the self-developed software solutions IBM FileNet System Monitor, used to monitor the complex IBM Enterprise Content Management platform , as well as CENIT ECLISO, the successful digital file.
