In addition to these standard solutions, we have developed supplementary NC tools that enable even more comfortable and shop floor-compatible programming with CATIA NC.
Project data and NC program header with optimal BLK form:
Interactive input of program headers and transfer of the dimensions of blanks as BLK forms (TNC). During input of header data for the later NC program, the TNC controls can be used to derive the BLK form directly from the blank and make it available for NC output.
Management of NC startup processes:
Comfortable management of NC startup processes via CATMEN. Immediate access to pre-defined startup processes and tool catalogs directly from CATIA, without time-consuming Explorer navigation.
Tool catalog management:
Improved management of tool catalogs thanks to direct access to .xls/.csv files as well as selection options for conversion to the CATIA tool catalog, both within and outside CATIA (CATMEN).
CreateNCAxis:
CreateNCAxis generates a color-coded NC axis system that can also be made visible in technical drawings. Optionally, the tool can also generate axis designations.
NC label output (for Heidenhain controls):
This prepares CATProcess files for label output of drill cycles, pockets and contour routes (TNC). Within the NC program, CATProcess processing patterns in are output as labels.
SL cycles (for Heidenhain controls):
Supports the SL cycles of the TNC controls (pockets and open contours). Pockets with optional island contours and open contours can be output as labeled SL cycles.
PatternCreator:
Automated generation of processing patterns based on the color properties of boreholes (incl. pattern processing). The processing patterns are defined by way of color tables.
Optional selection of bore types from a pre-configured list and/or via entry of RGB values in an input screen
Generation of processing patterns incl. name of bore type and bore diameter

In developing and integrating post-processors and NC simulations, but also in developing our programming methods, we cooperate closely with application engineers from the relevant machine manufacturers.
